Mike McCoy has twenty-five years of experience in direct investments, investment banking, capital raising, and M&A advisory services. Previously, Mr. McCoy was Regional Managing Director at U.S. Bancorp Investments. Mr. McCoy formerly served as Managing Director at both global advisory and boutique investment banking firms, and as Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. McCoy holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S.B.A. in Accountancy from Miami University Farmer School of Business. Mr. McCoy is a CPA and maintains FINRA Series 79, 24, 63, and 82 certifications.
